I never get tired of the changing landscape. Here we humans tried to make something beautiful out of nature and nature sends it back to its natural state. LOL
Well so far many families have enjoyed the house this summer. We are getting ready to head down to Hilton Head in a week ourselves. I am so looking forward to blue skies and warm water. The best activity is parking the beach chair on the edge of water with a cold beer or wine. Here's to August at the beach!
So as of a week ago there were hardly any rentals. I guess people are anxious to get out because the month of May is completely booked! I was just at the house fixing and painting things that needed it. Unfortunately the sling material on both chaise lounge chairs was ripped. I ordered new ones and it will take about a month for them to come in. These Day Lilies were blooming when I was there....
In this new uncertain time I hope everyone is staying safe. Unfortunately I think we are in this for the long haul. Know that if you decide to rent we will have your best interests at heart. While Sea Pines Resort is in charge of our property I will post efforts that they are going through to deal with the corona virus. More info to come.
